How we ship

Every poster is printed in Zwickau, inspected and carefully placed by hand into a sturdy shipping mailer – flat, not rolled. This way your motif arrives crease-free and is ready to frame immediately.

We trust DHL GoGreen for transport. The CO₂ emissions of your shipment are automatically offset through investments in climate protection projects – at no extra cost to you. For shipments to other EU countries, DHL hands over to the local carrier in the destination country.

Where we deliver

We ship within Germany as well as to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark. We also deliver to all other European Union countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country – details can be found below.

How long it takes

As soon as your payment has been received, we get to work: your poster is printed, packed and handed over to DHL by the following business day at the latest. Orders arriving in the morning often ship the same day.

DHL delivery usually takes:

• Germany: 1–3 business days after DHL handover (usually 2–4 business days in total)
• Other EU countries: usually 3–10 business days

During peak seasons – Christmas, Easter, long weekends – it may take a little longer. We do not ship on weekends: orders received over the weekend go out on Monday.

Can I track my order?

Of course. You will automatically receive emails for every step – from order confirmation to shipping notification. Once DHL has picked up your parcel, you will receive a tracking ID to follow your poster all the way to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders of €50 or more. Below that amount, shipping costs €4.95. We only send insured parcels – which is why this fee also applies to smaller orders.

Tip: Our 3-poster bundle costs €69.99 – so shipping is automatically free.

We ship to other EU countries at the following rates:

• Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark: €6.95
• All other EU countries: €13.95

If you wish to return an order from outside Germany, return shipping costs €12.95.

Please note: There is currently no free-shipping threshold for international orders.

Do you deliver to parcel lockers and drop-off points?

Yes. You can select delivery to parcel lockers or DHL parcel shops directly at checkout. Shipping costs are the same as standard delivery. You can find parcel shops conveniently via the map in the checkout.

For delivery to a parcel locker, you will need a DHL Postnummer – please include it with your order, otherwise DHL cannot deliver your parcel.

If you are not at home on the delivery day, your parcel is usually taken to a nearby parcel shop. You can find the exact drop-off location via your tracking number in the DHL tracking system.
