Right of Withdrawal

This cancellation policy is required by German and EU law. The original German version is legally binding. This English translation is provided for your convenience.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

Note: The statutory cancellation period is fourteen days. We voluntarily grant you an extended cancellation period of thirty days. This voluntary extension applies exclusively to the right of cancellation and does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the thirty-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
